Mission Reinterpreted
A pre-1900’s home along the waterfront and Main Street in Skaneateles was desperately in need of a kitchen that would complement its original style. The owners took on a big renovation project that lasted much too long, and when they met us they had been living without a kitchen for many months. They were not in such a rush that they were interested in sacrificing the wonderful details that make this kitchen truly spectacular – hand carved pulls backed by hammered copper and held in place by copper pins, and hand-selected cherry boards that lend interest and character to the project without distracting from the simplicity and beauty of the space.
